Bulwark Pest Control gets reviewed!

I have had services with Bulwark Exterminating for many years at my residential property in Austin, TX and 13 units Apts Complex that I manage for my client, and another property in Austin, TX , who signed services by my referral. I called Bulwark Exterminating in Austin, TX this morning to sign up another 21 units Apt complex. With many routing and phone calls later, Russell who is a branch manager in Austin, TX told me that he can provide services to ‘who and where’ based on his decision. Obviously, I was not the one whom he can provide a new service, as Jeff (technician) told me that he can’t understand words because of my accent; therefore, he will transfer me to another account. Then he hung up on me. When I explained it to Russell, he told me that it might have been an accident and the technician does not know how to dial out from the office. I am very disappointed about the discrimination against the certain races; simply I do have an accent and therefore, Bulwark Exterminating refuses to provide services. Russell told me that his company does not provide commercial property services any longer, even though he does provide services for the commercial clients right now. I asked him to provide me the paragraph or any documents showing that Bulwark Exterminating does not provide a commercial account; then he told me that he does not have to show them to me or specify them in the website, as it is currently not specified in the website. I wonder why I had a business with this company this long with people who discriminate against certain kinds of people. It is hard to believe it is happening in Austin, TX. Very concerned, Susie
